Why pay to replace un-level concrete side walk, driveway, patio or pool apron?
Concrete raising is often called ‘mudjacking’ or ‘concrete lifting’. It is a safe and cost effective method of leveling misaligned concrete slabs.
How does it work?
Our seasoned tecnition will drill one inch holes into the sunken slab or slabs of concrete to be raised.
We then pump a slurry mixture of concrete and sand into the hole. This mixture fills the void under the sunken slab, displacing air pockets, water, and the building pressure lifts the slabs to their original grade. The holes are then patched with cement and the slab is ready for use. The process of raising concrete with concrete results in a repair that is impervious to water and therefore a permanent fix.
